How long does production take?

Most pieces are handmade to order and require 5–10 business days for production. A small number of in-stock items may ship within 3–5 business days. High-end custom pieces generally require 7–14 business days. Engraving or hot stamping adds 2–3 days to the applicable production time. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a free cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact support@commandhandmade.com as soon as possible.

Can I modify my order?

You may request changes within 24 hours of payment. Include your order number when contacting us. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Choose “Custom Size” when it is available and add your measurements in the cart notes. Not every design can be custom-made, so contact us if you are unsure.

Can I choose a custom color or hardware finish?

Custom colors and hardware options are available for selected designs. Choose the relevant option on the product page and enter your request in the field shown. If no request field is available, use the cart notes.

Can I add engraving or hot stamping?

Selected leather products can be personalized with a name, initials, nickname, or short phrase. Choose “YES (+$5)” on the product page, then complete the hot stamping text and color fields shown. Follow the displayed character limit. If no personalization field is available, add your text in the cart notes. Engraving or hot stamping adds 2–3 days to the applicable production time.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, non-logo outer packaging.

What is your return policy?

Most products are handmade to order and are final sale. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

Are duties and taxes included?

Duties and taxes are generally included in the shipping price. In rare cases, local customs authorities or carriers may assess additional charges.

Do customers need to be 18 or older?

Yes. Some products in our catalog are intended for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
