Most COMMAND pieces are handmade to order, and selected designs can be personalized to suit your style and measurements.

• Letter engraving or hot stamping

How to Order

1. Choose the available custom option on the product page.
2. Complete any customization fields shown on the product page, including color requests or hot stamping text and color. Use the cart notes for measurements or other details if no corresponding field is provided.
3. If your request needs clarification, our team will contact you before production begins.

Production Time

High-end custom pieces generally require 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Engraving or hot stamping adds 2–3 days to the applicable production time.

Custom Order Policy

Custom sizes, colors, engraving, hot stamping, and other personalized items are final sale. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items remain covered by our Return Policy.
